Every product purchased through the Online Boutique may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
A return must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy. Products will be accepted for refund if returned in the same, original condition as they were delivered to you, with all tags still attached.
For the purchase of products of the category “artwork” separate regulations apply: Once the sealing has been opened, removed or damaged returns cannot be accepted.
All products, that are returned to us properly, will be refunded. If your return does not meet the requirements mentioned above we will be unable to process the refund.
If you wish to make a return please follow the instructions shown on the invoice of your order or contact our Customer Care Team under firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with further information.
When returning products we suggest you insure the package via mail and purchase tracking services for your protection.
Once we have received and accepted the refund a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
